RTAMs is a data warehouse for planning and financial information on the transit system in the northeastern Illinois area surrounding Chicago. It was developed by the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) in coordination with other regional agencies.- Community Planning: The Community Planning program provides funding and planning assistance to communities at the local level for planning projects that benefit both the local communities and the RTA transit system.
- Subregional Planning: The Subregional Planning Program is an annual grant program that provides funding for transit studies undertaken by the three RTA Service Boards (CTA, Metra, and Pace), the counties, the city of Chicago, and Councils of Government / Municipal Associations.
