Principal
Chuck is the founding Partner of Land Vision, Inc., which began in early 1991. Chuck oversees the St. Charles office and works primarily on many of the firm's master planned communities and entitlement efforts. He is involved from project inception, through design and often leads a team that includes Land Vision, Inc., employees and outside consultants.

Walter J. Magdziarz, AICPPrincipal
Walter is a partner in the firm and heads up the firm’s efforts in municipal planning work as well as working on private sector design projects. Walter has extensive experience in municipal planning and focuses on the future planning for smaller to mid-sized communities in the Chicagoland area and elsewhere.

David M. Waden Principal
Dave is a partner in Land Vision, Inc., and focuses primarily on development design and entitlement work. He is responsible for initial design and design development work throughout the course of the project review and approval process. Dave has contributed to the success of many of Land Vision’s most notable development designs.

Ronald E. Lanz, AICP Principal
Ron is a partner with Land Vision, Inc., and oversees the firm’s Chicago office. Ron has an extensive background in both private sector and municipal planning. Ron’s experience includes infill development, corridor planning, and expert testimony throughout the Chicagoland area.

Alan M. Brauer Project Manager
Alan is a project manager with Land Vision, Inc., and works primarily with private sector clients as well as some municipal clients. Alan works on site feasibility studies, development design and entitlements while coordinating in-house staff and outside consultants. Alan has completed a wide variety of projects for Land Vision, Inc., clients.

Samyukth ShenbagaUrban Planner
Samyukth is an Urban Planner in the Chicago Office. He has a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the School of Architecture & Planning, New Delhi. Prior to joining Land Vision in January 2007, Samyukth worked as a planning consultant in Madison, Wisconsin.

Ginna M. Podge 3D Designer
Ginna is a 3D and CADD designer at Land Vision. She is experienced in both drafting and 3D modeling of many of Land Vision's large-scale design concepts. In addition, she is responsible for post-production in both video and static images using Photoshop, Piranesi and Combustion.

Anthony G. Lentini 3D Designer
Tony brings to Land Vision a long history of 3D design and visualization. He works closely with both planners and CADD technicians, as well as outside architects and consultants, to bring many of Land Vision’s projects to life. Tony also manages the 3D material and component libraries in the office, and stays up-to-date on the latest in visualization technology.
Tony W. Treadway IT Manager / Graphic Designer
Tony is one half of Land Vision’s graphic design duo and the firm’s IT manager. He is responsible for maintaining the servers, hardware and software in the firm’s three offices, as well as managing the data network and mobile data phone system that keeps the company connected.
Trina L. Dopp Graphic Designer
Trina, a graphic designer for the past 16 years, is the other half of LVI’s graphic design team. Trina created and maintains the firm’s corporate identity and website. Her responsibilities include designing and producing electronic and printed materials such as exhibits and posters, presentations, booklets, brochures, ads and logos.
Deanne M. Orlik CADD Technician
Deanne joined Land Vision as a CADD technician in 2005. She works closely with Land Vision’s planners and project managers to accurately and efficiently draft concept sketches, site studies and preliminary plats.

Kathleen joined Land Vision as a CADD technician in 2005. She works closely with Land Vision’s planners and project managers to accurately and efficiently draft concept sketches, site studies and preliminary plats.

Anne M. Fryrear Office Manager
Anne is Land Vision’s office manager and executive assistant. She manages the firm’s accounting department including billing and payables, assists with human resources coordination, benefits administration and payroll. Anne also works with management on special projects.

Crystal A. Casares Receptionist
Crystal joined Land Vision in 2006 as the St. Charles office receptionist and administrative assistant. Her friendly voice and engaging smile greets clients and keeps them coming back again and again.
