Land Vision, Inc., was retained by ReCon Development, Ltd., to prepare a preliminary subdivision plan for the 30 acre Arrington Woods development located in North Chicago, Illinois. The land is located within a partially completed subdivision and provides for a total of 121 units.
Cherry Ridge Orland Park , IL
Land Vision was retained by Kimball Hill Suburban Centers to prepare a preliminary site plan for a 105 acre development in Orland Park, Illinois. The plan includes 429 units with mixed- use areas, and was designed around the natural and man-made amenities of the site.
Providence Sun Prairie , WI
Providence is an 80 acre, traditional neighborhood development in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The plan includes 135 s.f. units, 286 m.f. units, 3 acres mixed-use, a 3.5 acre church site, and 20.5 acres of open space. The site is currently under construction.

Double K Plan Carpentersville , IL
Land Vision created a conceptual land use plan for a 17 acre townhome residential development located in the Fox River Valley. The concept plan and analysis graphics were used to facilitate rezoning of the property from R-1 Residential to R-4 Residential.
Heritage Center N. Chicago , IL
Land Vision was retained by the City of N. Chicago to prepare a conceptual land use plan for the redevelopment of a 36 acre parcel located at the NW corner of Sheridan Rd. and Martin Luther King Dr. It is envisioned that this site will be instrumental in economic redevelopment initiatives.
Culligan Property Glenview , IL
When the Culligan corporation announced plans to relocate, Land Vision was retained to create redevelopment concepts for housing and retail on the new site. Three mixed-use plan alternatives were developed which allowed for evaluation of development feasibility.
