The Town of Cortland has adopted a comprehensive plan that embraces Traditional Neighborhood Development. In working with the Town, we developed a concept plan for their “uptown” center, to be distinguished as a civic and commercial center separate from the historic “downtown.”
Fox Mill Square Wasco, IL
Fox Mill Square, a 738 acre development, was designed to be directly accessible to Fox Mill residents via the community’s road and sidewalk network. Fox Mill Square was also designed as an extension of the existing commercial core of the adjacent community of Wasco.
