The Historic Kirkwood is a 26 acre project located in Kirkland, Illinois, a community 70 miles west Chicago. With 63 homes, the project has a density of 2.62 dwelling units per acre. The project opened with 40-foot alley lots and houses ranging in price from $130,000 to $280,000.
